Gano Excel: Unilevel to Binary Team Conversions Complete

For all of Gano Excel’s Unilevel affiliates, we’d like to thank you for your tremendous display of patience as we have been working to complete our final migration to a Binary compensation structure. We understand that certain aspects of the conversion process took a little longer than anticipated, but we feel the extra time has allowed us to evaluate and verify the conversions of your teams.

Migration Going Well… Just Slightly Delayed

Gano Excel’s highly anticipated transition from a Unilevel to a Binary pay structure has gone relatively smoothly, all things considered. We’ve been working closely with a number of teams to make this migration a big win-win for everyone involved. We are currently in the final stages of the migration process and are validating the integrity of the pay lines as well as prepping the online tools for release.

Important Dates to Note During the Move to Binary

With only two days left in January, Gano Excel is quickly approaching its final days as a Unilevel-based organization. Gano Excel’s move to a Binary compensation structure marks a pivotal event in Gano Excel’s long-term strategy to strengthen its position in the market and solidify the income opportunity it provides to millions of distributors world-wide.

The migration from Unilevel to Binary is well underway and things are progressing as-expected. In an effort to keep all current Unilevel affiliates informed, we are communicating some important dates and events that will most certainly be of interest. Please make a note of these items:

January 31st –Last day for January’s orders

Please note that Saturday January 31, 2009 is the last day you are able to place orders that will count towards January’s qualifications. As we make the transition from Unilevel to Binary during the first part of February, it is imperative that we finalize all order entry prior to the end of the month.

Help Us Structure Your New Binary Team

Today a new report was made available in the current US and Canadian Back Offices. All active Gano Excel affiliates have access to this report as everyone has been granted one-month of complimentary access to these systems during this transitional period.

Organizational Cleanup (Purge) To Occur

As was announced in our December 5th E-News, Gano Excel North America will be performing an organizational cleanup during the migration process from Unilevel to Binary. All affiliates that have failed to place at least 50PV of order volume since January 1, 2008 are scheduled to be removed from the active affiliate roster. Any Retail or Preferred Customer volume counts towards the enroller’s personal volume and thus is used in evaluating each affiliate’s “active” status.

CV Adjustments - Effective February 1

As mentioned in our January 5th blog post, Gano Excel has determined it necessary to make adjustments to the commissionable volume (CV) associated with all of our products. With the guaranteed 50% payout of company-wide CV through Gano Excel’s new Binary Compensation plan, we are required to reduce product CV in both the United States and Canada. This reduction allows Gano Excel to preserve the company’s financial strength and cash position while minimally impacting your potential earnings.

US/Canada Common Back Office & Replicating Sites

At present, Gano Excel maintains two domains for hosting the United States and Canadian Back Office and replicating web site systems. If you’re an affiliate in the US, you normally go to www.myganoexcel.us to login to your Back Office, whereas Canadian affiliates would go to www.myganoexcel.ca. The same goes for the replicating web sites. US affiliate sites are hosted at the .us domain and Canadian sites hosted under the .ca domain.

With the move to a Binary compensation structure, the company has chosen to consolidate these two domains/systems into one common location. Once this consolidation effort is complete, affiliates in both the US and Canada will login to www.myganocafe.com to access their Back Offices.

More For Me Mondays : Program Changes

May of 2008 marked the debut of Gano Excel’s “More For Me Mondays” program available to all affiliates of the company. This promotional program featured a “deal of the month” that was announced on the third Monday of each month. The program gained serious popularity among the affiliates through such offers as “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” and other generous discounts.

The Fate of the Gano Rewards Program

Just over a year ago, Gano Excel announced the introduction of our Gano Rewards program. Just as the name implies, the program incentivizes consumer loyalty by awarding points for all product purchased through the company’s auto-replenishment program (Autoship). Accumulated points are then redeemable towards free product. Since its rollout, the Gano Rewards program has been a huge hit for both affiliates and customers alike.
