Good day! As you are aware, Gano Excel USA recently completed an upgrade of our computer system to help improve your Back Office experience – making it faster and more stable. During this time, some issues came up that need to be addressed.
- You may have received email that looks like it’s out of date. These were stagnant emails (like those in the draft file of your email Inbox) that hadn’t been sent for one reason or another. During the system upgrade, these emails were released once we moved to the new platform. This can be verified by looking at the date of the AutoShip being referred to which may go back to June, July, etc. Please disregard these emails.
- We ran AutoShip on January 3 (for January 1) and on January 4 (for January 5 since this will be a Saturday). During this time, some of you may have received an Authorization request for Autoship which may look like a credit card charge. Please ignore this, as it will fall off in a couple of days, depending on the bank and their holiday schedule.
Be advised that during this time, no private information associated with your Gano Excel account has been released or compromised. We understand your concerns regarding this.
