It's official! Gano Excel North America is thrilled to announce its move to a "Progressive Binary" compensation plan starting in February 2009 (see compensation plan document below). What makes it so "progressive" is the fact that as you climb the ranks under the plan, you receive an increase in your earning capacity with each rank advancement achieved. Earn anywhere between 10% to 20% on your weaker team's volumes depending upon your method of enrollment and/or the sheer performance of your organization. The choice is yours.
A powerful Fast Start Infinity Bonus, a generous Executive Check Matching Bonus and a lucrative Pool Bonus combine with the Progressive Binary to offer a weekly compensation plan that pays big... and often.
Throughout the month of January, the unilevel organizations you’ve already developed will be analyzed and prepared for conversion to the binary structure. If you are unaccustomed to the Binary layout, each affiliate only has two associated frontline teams, just as the name implies. What this means is that you’ll be potentially inheriting some of your upline’s affiliates into your own team. This creates an exciting opportunity for people to start earning on brand new teams and generating additional streams of income.
Gano Excel is also shifting to a weekly payout schedule for all bonuses which means more immediate earnings for those qualified. A 50PV + order each month qualifies you for up to 4 weeks of earning, with checks disbursed every 7 days. We’re talking about potentially more money into your pockets and in less time! Maybe now you can see why we’re so excited.
Also effective February 1, 2009 will be an adjustment of company wide commissionable volume (CV) associated with our products. Wholesale, autoship and retail pricing will all remain the same. Point volume (PV) or qualifying volume will also remain consistent with the current volume schedule. Unlike most unilevel and stair-step compensation plans, binary plans can generally guarantee a fixed percentage of payout because of the way the bonus calculations work. There is seldom any “breakage” or unpaid commissionable volume per period with binary compensation. In fact, any unpaid volume is often “banked” or carried over to future commissionable periods with binary compensation models.
